AMS Regulations and Policies as Follow:

1. All Vehicles must be 2005 and latest
2. Drivers must be courteous and professional to the passenger at all times.
3. A dark suit, a white bottom down shirt, and a tie are a must at all time on duty.
4. All of the interior and exterior of our vehicles are cleaned and refreshed after every ride.
5. Drivers must be on location 15 minutes prior to pick-up time.
6. all cars equipped with GPS Navigation system
7. Experienced dispatchers are available 24/7 for any incoming trip.
8. Trained phone operators available to take phone reservations 24/7 365 days a year.
9. All of our phone operators and dispatchers must be courteous and professional to our current and potential client at all time.
10. All reservation must be dispatched and arranged minimum of 2 hours prior to reservation time
